At YogaBlu, you can expect stretching, toning and strengthening in most classes. Sometimes weights or music are combined with Yoga. All classes are for all levels of fitness, from beginners to advanced. The instructors encourage you to work at your own pace and to listen to your body.
Hot Yoga: a series of poses & Vinyasa performed in a room with a temperature of 95+ degrees. Drink plenty of water before, during and after.
Absolute Ashtanga*: Ashtanga Yoga is a physically demanding practice synchronizing breath with movement through a set series of progressive postures to build strength, flexibility, and stamina.
Yoga Sculpt: Combines light weights with Yoga stretches to increase strength, improve flexibility, build endurance and sculpt the body. This class torches calories!
Hot Power Yoga: Hot Yoga & a bit of core-focused Pilates and ab training performed in a room with a temperature of 95+ degrees. This type of workout is upbeat, which means burning calories and ridding your body of harmful toxins.
Core Yoga: This class integrates the strength, stability and alignment of core work (abdominals, low back and shoulders) with the power of vinyasa flow. This class is held in a WARM ROOM to promote detoxification and suppleness.
Yoga Flow: Also known as Vinyasa yoga, this class focuses on synchronizing the body’s motions with the breath. This class will leave you toned, refreshed and relaxed!
*On Moon Days we honor our bodies and take rest. This means that there is no early morning Ashtanga practice on a new or full moon. Resume your practice at a later time or the next day. Really give yourself the opportunity to relax and absorb all that the universe has to offer in all healing aspects.
